A recent World Bank (2008) report listed the world's major immigration and emigration nations. Malaysia ranks in the top 30 countries in the world for both immigration and emigration. While all countries have both immigration and emigration flows, Malaysia is one of the few nations in the world where both inflows and outflows are on a substantial scale (others include Thailand and New Zealand).</jats:p> |
