Title: | Endothelial junctions in the periodontal ligament microvasculature of young and aged mice |
Author: | Cameron, John |
Issue Date: | 1995 |
School/Discipline: | Dept. of Dentistry |
Abstract: | Investigates the effects of ageing on the morphology of the periodontal ligament (PDL) endothelial junctions. Tests the null hypothesis that no changes occur in proportions of 'tight' and 'close' regions, and the dimensions of endothelial junctions in the microvascular bed of aged mouse PDL. The null hypothesis is rejected. |
